Responsibilities:
● Diagnose and repair plumbing systems
● Build rapport with customers to provide the best service
● Ask lifestyle questions to troubleshoot issues
● Educate customers on finance options and maintenance plans
● Meet or exceed minimum KPI goals
● Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
● Train and mentor apprentices
● Explain replacements for older systems
● Maintain a clean job site and organized truck

Qualifications:
● Competency with all tools and resources related to plumbing service calls
● Knowledge of plumbing and gas codes, as well as safety standards
● Ability to explain technical details clearly to customers
● Strong problem-solving skills using established policies
● Capacity to read and understand manuals and procedures
● At least one state license or certification in plumbing
● Ongoing commitment to technical development
● Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

● Complete all preventive maintenance calls on HVAC systems installed by Rodenhiser
● Educate customers on the status of their systems and any pertinent issues
● Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient, or underperforming systems
● Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
● Ask the right lifestyle questions to troubleshoot heating, cooling, and plumbing system malfunctions
● Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans
● Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck
● Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, curbside feedback, and option sheets

Qualifications:
● 1-3 years’ experience in the field
● Ability to perform preventive maintenance service on HVAC systems 10 years or newer
● Competent at checking gas pressures, sub cool, super heat, combustion tests, and static pressures
● Current Apprenticeship card/license or formal trade schooling
● Knowledge and ability to use related trade tools/equipment
● Completion of trade-related schooling or equivalent experience
● Current EPA universal certificate
● Knowledge of HVAC/Plumbing and gas codes and proper electrical and HVAC safety standards
