Responsibilities:
● Responsible for general job site labor, including hauling and disposal of debris
● Assist Plumber Rover with repair or replacement of sewer lines and storm drains
● Help install water heaters and wall heaters
● Keep work area clean and organized at the end of each day
● Prepare materials necessary for each job
● Store tools and materials safely
● Transport supplies to job sites as needed
● Attend monthly Safety Meetings and work in a safe manner
● Report any property conditions that may pose safety risks
● Complete bi-weekly timesheets accurately and on time
● Assist with other trades and perform additional duties as required

Qualifications:
● One year of prior plumbing experience
● Familiarity with plumbing tools such as hydro jet, sewer snake, and jackhammer
● Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
● Strong customer service skills
● Must have a reliable work vehicle (truck or van) and own hand tools
● Willingness to travel to different locations
● Ability to navigate apartments, grounds, and docks, including stairs and steep gangways
