This position primarily works in the residential change out market and performs installation, modification, and overhaul, of air conditioning systems, furnaces, and related accessories.
About You:
● You will take accountability and have ownership to lead a high performing installation team

● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Requirements:
● Candidate will work out of our Newburgh, IN location
● 5+ years HVAC, Installing, maintaining and repairing HVAC Systems
● High School Diploma or GED
● Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
● Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite
● Must be available for occasional on call, OT, and weekends outside of usual schedule.
Preferred Requirements:
● HVAC Certification
● Service Titan or similar
