Responsibilities:
● Complete all plumbing work orders in a timely and cost-effective manner.
● Adhere to building codes during repairs and installations.
● Prioritize work orders based on occupancy, weather, and park requirements.
● Provide time frames and assist in job cost estimates.
● Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
● Follow safety and environmental policies on plumbing projects.
● Communicate effectively with departments regarding water service interruptions.
● Wear required personal protective equipment.
● Collaborate with National Park Service Maintenance on projects.
● Assist in training and developing junior Plumbers.
● Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
● Minimum 4 years of experience as a commercial-grade Plumber.
● Skilled in installing water, drainage, and sewer piping systems.
● Experience with plumbing commercial and residential equipment.
● Ability to repair and replace water circulating pumps.
● Knowledge of pipe measurement, threading, and joining.
● Proficient in soldering copper and using an oxygen and acetylene torch.
● Capable of installing and repairing plumbing fixtures.
● Familiar with working on steam lines and traps.
● Ability to read plumbing blueprints and codes.
● Knowledge of LP (propane) and natural gas systems.
● Experience using power and hand tools for sewage lines.
● Physical ability to perform required tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in confined spaces.
● Valid Arizona Driver’s License (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
