Job Responsibilities:
● Install, service, and repair plumbing and heating systems, including domestic water lines, gas piping, hydronic heating, boilers, water heaters, plumbing fixtures as well as snaking/jetting.
● Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting for plumbing leaks, heating failures, and mechanical performance issues
● Read and interpret blueprints, riser diagrams, and plumbing schematics, Rough-In a must
● Coordinate with team members and site supervisors to complete jobs on time and within code
● Interface with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients in a professional manner
● Ensure all work complies with local plumbing and mechanical codes

Qualifications:
● Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in plumbing and heating
● Proficiency in service, installation, and rough-in work for mechanical systems
● Strong experience with boilers, circulators, zone valves, expansion tanks, and radiant heating
● Familiar with copper, PEX, cast iron, PVC, black iron, and press fittings
● Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
