Responsibilities:
● Perform preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and repairs on conveyors, automation, and robotics equipment.
● Troubleshoot out-of-service equipment and document all maintenance activities.
● Maintain accurate logs of fire pumps, generators, HVAC systems, and other facility operations.
● Mentor junior maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
● Perform facility project work including repairs and installations.
● Test and assemble equipment to ensure proper functioning and address any production delays.
● Oversee projects, assisting in renovations, inventory management, and contractor coordination.
● Ensure safety standards are met during all maintenance operations.

Qualifications:
● High school diploma or equivalent required.
● At least 5 years of experience in conveyor, automation, or robotics maintenance.
● Associates degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a similar field preferred.
● Basic understanding of machinery and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
● Experience with PLC logic systems is a plus.
● Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting up to 75 lbs and repetitive movements.
● Willingness to operate material handling equipment and work with safety protocols.
● Availability for overtime and on-call as necessary.
