Responsibilities:
● Skilled and certified in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, steam control, and related building systems.
● Providing guidance, distributing work assignments, and training maintenance mechanics.
● Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to complete repairs accurately.
● Operating and maintaining a variety of building equipment and systems.
● Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems with systems and equipment.

Qualifications:
● Minimum of 10 years of building maintenance experience with supported Journeyman’s/Apprentice licensure or degree, or 20 years of experience in one or more competency areas.
● Valid Georgia driver’s license with an insurable driving record may be required.
● Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and twisting.
