Our Licensed Service Plumbers are responsible for diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing systems and guiding customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
Job Responsibilities:
● Run on average 4-5 residential service calls daily
● Accurately troubleshoot, diagnose and repair residential plumbing equipment
● Present tailored solutions that align with each customer’s needs
● Deliver 5-star service while maintaining a professional, courteous, and authentic demeanor
● Maintain consistent and clear communication with team members
● Participate in ongoing training to support professional growth and skill development
● Keep company vehicle clean and organized, both inside and out
● Maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Pay and Benefits:
● Pay: Potential Earnings: $70,000 – $150,000/annually (eligible for overtime for over 40 hours/week)

Requirements:
● Plumbing License is required
● 3+ years of residential service plumbing is highly preferred
● Must be able to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more, on an occasional basis, in compliance with OSHA manual handling guidelines.
● Regularly required to perform physically demanding tasks, including working in confined spaces, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and bending.
