What You’ll Do:
● Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance throughout the facility
● Support other maintenance and operations teams with general repair projects
● Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing and mechanical issues to keep equipment running smoothly
● Complete preventive maintenance on facility systems and make needed adjustments
● Track and report work orders, materials, and costs using the Smart Sheet system
● Maintain organized workspaces and manage material purchases and inventory
● Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders for project planning
● Cut, fit, and repair PVC, ABS, PEX, and non-welded steel parts
● Perform light carpentry, framing, and general maintenance tasks as needed
● Assist with R&D and facility improvement projects
● Provide emergency support for equipment and building repairs when necessary
To be successful in this role, you should have:
● Must be 21 or older
● High School Diploma or GED
● Minimum of 1 year of plumbing experience (industrial or facilities preferred)
● Solid understanding of plumbing systems and tools
● Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
● Dependable, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
● Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Smart Sheet experience a plus)
● Comfortable working on your feet, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and handling hands-on repair tasks
