Responsibilities:
● Handle routine work orders and emergency maintenance requests
● Perform minor repairs, including fixing broken locks, painting, and replacing flooring
● Conduct basic plumbing tasks, such as fixing leaky faucets
● Install appliances
● Handle basic grounds keeping
● Clean vacant units and general facilities
Qualifications:
● Experience in a maintenance or construction-related field is desired
● Available for ‘On Call’ duties
● Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
● Proficient in using hand and electrical tools
● Capacity to lift, bend, and perform physically demanding tasks
● Commitment to safety and top-quality work
● Veterans, working parents, and retirees are encouraged to apply!
● Must be able to pass a background check
● Must have a valid driver’s license
