Responsibilities:
● Use your industry expertise to troubleshoot and diagnose in-home plumbing service calls accurately and efficiently
● Increase customer loyalty by maintaining a clean organized job site & truck
● Establish customer rapport to offer the right solutions and create that “You’re my go-to company” relationship
● Accurately estimate and invoice repairs and projects
● Document work completed with before and after photos
● Demonstrate safe working practices and methods

Qualifications:
● Oklahoma Journeyman License Required
● 2+ Years experience in residential plumbing systems
● Experience in a residential working environment with customers
● Proficient in inspections, troubleshooting plumbing issues, and making repairs
● Familiar with local codes and industry standards
● Able to work in extreme temperatures and conditions
● Helpful to have experience with cast iron systems, Perma-Liner, sewers, water lines, and CPVC and PEX piping
● A team player with excellent communication skills
