Responsibilities:
● Operate as the point of contact for general contractors, subs, and clients.
● Maintain regular communication with General Contractors, Sub-Contractors, and Clients.
● Regularly visit sites to maintain working relationships with site superintendents.
● Read and work from blueprints, technical manuals, charts, and schematics.
● Work closely with accounting for project and departmental budgets.
● Collaborate with the purchasing manager to procure materials.
● Communicate new project needs with field/admin/accounting effectively.
● Engage in project forecasting and the creation of schedules.
● Facilitate project kickoff meetings.
● Manage scope and exclusions in all contracts.
● Approve project billing and change orders in coordination with project admin.
● Oversee and approve employee timekeeping.
● Perform all plumbing work in accordance with code and company standards.
Qualifications:
● Licensed WY Plumbing Master.
● Valid WY driver’s license, or ability to acquire within 3 months.
● Master level knowledge of building and plumbing codes, safety regulations, and practices.
● Minimum of three years’ experience at the foreman level or higher.
● Effective verbal and written communication skills.
The employee regularly:
● Communicates with others both in-person and on the telephone.
● Sits, stands, moves, uses hands to operate tools and objects, and reaches with hands and arms.
● Climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, or crawls.
● Frequently lifts and moves objects up to 50 pounds and occasionally over 50 pounds.
Working Conditions:
● Work in various elements depending on job location and time of year, including heat, cold, rain, and snow.
● Perform work at heights up to 50 feet from ladders, scaffolds, and aerial lifts.
● Regular travel to multiple sites may be required.
● Overtime and weekend work may occasionally be needed.
