Responsibilities:
● Primarily responsible for re-piping of residential customers’ homes.
● Work closely with the Installation department to ensure timely and accurate installations by following company standards and procedures.
● Provide excellent customer service and support.
● Analyze work orders and follow daily travel schedules to listen to customer concerns and proactively solve problems.
● Maintain a fully stocked inventory for each job.
● Document all work performed according to company procedures.
● Provide guidance to assistants or apprentices and share your knowledge.
● Keep personal tools and equipment operational and up to date.
● Maintain a professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions.
Qualifications:
● A minimum of two (2) years of residential plumbing installation experience and knowledge.
● A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new methods.
● A valid US Driver’s License with a satisfactory record.
● Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law.
● Physical dexterity is required.
