Responsibilities:
● Install, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems and fixtures, including toilet replacements, faucet replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common plumbing repairs
● Inspect plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential homes
● Respond to call-outs, diagnose plumbing issues, and implement effective solutions to restore system functionality
● Communicate with customers to explain plumbing issues, solutions, and recommended services, ensuring customer satisfaction
● Prepare accurate cost estimates for plumbing work and advise customers on potential improvements or necessary repairs
● Perform routine maintenance tasks such as checking water heaters, pipes, and fixtures to ensure optimal system performance
● Utilize Service Titan software for tracking repairs, service history, and customer interactions, ensuring accurate documentation
● Ensure all work adheres to local plumbing codes, industry standards, and safety regulations
● Handle customer queries, resolve concerns, and provide timely responses to all service requests, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
● 3+ years of experience as a plumber or similar role, with a focus on residential plumbing
● Plumbing certification or equivalent field experience from a technical/trade school preferred
● Proficient in installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems, including soldering and fixture replacements
● Experience with Service Titan or similar trade software is a plus
● Strong communication and listening skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
● Ability to perform accurate work while adhering to plumbing codes and regulations
● A commitment to delivering exceptional service with a positive attitude
● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
