As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the general maintenance of residential apartment buildings and the turnover of vacant units, ensuring overall property upkeep at our premier, high-end community with 333 apartments and townhomes.

Your key duties will include:
● Respond promptly to service requests and repairs
● Prepare vacant units swiftly for new residents
● Follow established preventative maintenance and safety inspection programs
● Develop and maintain technical skills for exceptional service
● Supervise outside contractors and assist the Property Manager with tasks
● Participate actively in the on-call rotation for property needs

Qualifications:
● Experience in Multi-Family or Commercial Maintenance
● HVAC (Type II or Universal) and EPA (minimum Type II) certifications preferred
● Proficiency in basic Electrical, Plumbing, and Carpentry
● High School Diploma or equivalent
● Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
● Capability to maintain high-quality site appearance and curb appeal
● Ability to lift 50+ pounds
● Valid driver’s license required
