Job Details:
● Location: Ocala, FL
● Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
● Assist with the installation of various electrical systems, both indoor and outdoor
● Perform duties assigned by the Service Technician or Supervisor in a timely manner
● Help with wiring installations in residential homes and commercial buildings
● Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment
● Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and ladders
● Maintain good housekeeping practices throughout the workday
Qualifications:
● Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn the trade
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
● Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site in the greater Orlando area
● Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
● Must be able to pass a full background check, drug test, and DMV check
● Must be able to work 40 hours a week, including overtime if required
● High school diploma or equivalent required
● Previous electrical experience is preferred but not required
Physical Requirements:
● Physically able to work with heavy tools and equipment at heights
● Must be able to lift 60 pounds at a time to carry heavy cable
● Ability to work in confined attic or crawl spaces
● This is an hourly position requiring the employee to record working hours via a personal smartphone app
