Responsibilities:
● Maintain communication with internal teams

Qualifications:

What You’ll Do:
● Supervise and lead field plumbing personnel on job sites
● Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget
● Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing codes
● Coordinate workflow, materials, and equipment with project managers and other trades
● Conduct daily job site inspections and safety meetings
● Oversee coordination and installation of piping systems, fixtures, backflow prevention, and other plumbing components
● Train and mentor plumbing staff and apprentices
● Track labor hours, materials used, and progress reporting
● Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues efficiently
● Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes, standards, and company policies
● Attend and represent RoyalAire in project-specific meetings (Safety, CM, Coordination, etc.)

What You’ll Need:
● High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or plumbing license preferred
● Minimum 10+ years of supervisory experience
● Supervising crew sizes up to 15+
● Clean driving record, criminal record, and passed drug test
● Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems
● Proficiency in reading construction documents and interpreting plans
● Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
