Responsibilities:
● Assist lead technicians with various drain service calls, including clearing clogs, performing camera inspections, and hydro-jetting.
● Learn to diagnose drain issues and recommend appropriate solutions to customers.
● Maintain and organize service vehicles, tools, and equipment.
● Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
● Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
● Complete necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
● Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
● Be available for occasional on-call shifts as needed.
Qualifications:
● MUST POSSESS A VALID TEXAS PLUMBING APPRENTICE CARD. (Proof required)
● High School Diploma or GED.
● Valid Texas Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
● Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Physical ability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
● A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
● Prior experience in a related field (e.g., general labor, construction) is required.
