Key Responsibilities:
● Supervise daily plumbing operations on commercial projects, including hospitals, schools, multifamily, industrial, and retail
● Lead, mentor, and manage plumbing crews and subcontractors on site
● Interpret drawings, specifications, and plumbing schematics to ensure proper installation
● Coordinate with GCs, other MEP trades, and internal project teams to maintain workflow
● Oversee installation of domestic water, sanitary, storm, gas piping, fixtures, equipment, and related systems
● Conduct site walks, quality inspections, and ensure adherence to local plumbing codes and safety policies
● Manage material planning, deliveries, and equipment requirements to keep the project on schedule
● Troubleshoot field issues and provide technical guidance to crew members
● Track manpower, daily progress, and communicate updates to Project Managers
● Support testing, inspections, punch lists, and project closeout

Qualifications:
● Proven experience in plumbing supervision, preferably in commercial settings
● Strong understanding of plumbing codes and regulations
● Excellent communication and leadership skills
● Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
● Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
● Valid plumbing license and relevant certifications
