Responsibilities:
● Perform on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration after installation
● Handle basic, non-complex products and refer complex problems to higher-level technicians
● Use experience and technical skills with preventive maintenance to determine service requirements
● Advise manager on preventive maintenance inspections and corrective actions
● Work in a team-based environment to ensure customer satisfaction
● Maintain a safe working environment by following safety measures
● Be flexible to work overtime, on-call, and weekends as required
● Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
● High School diploma or GED equivalent
● 2 to 6 years of hands-on Commercial HVAC experience
● EPA Certification – Type I & Type II or Universal required
● Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
● Technical aptitude for maintenance and troubleshooting equipment
● Excellent customer service skills
● Strong electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills
● Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
● Self-motivated to complete tasks within time constraints
● NATE certification is a plus
● Willingness to be periodically ‘on call’ for service coverage
● Occasional travel may be required

You should be comfortable with:
● Getting tools/equipment onto rooftops using ladders
● Working at heights
● Loading and unloading tools/equipment from the work van
● Lifting up to 75 lbs occasionally
● Climbing ladders to reach roofs
