Responsibilities:
● Observe all safety rules, including proper usage of PPE
● Perform waterproofing to repair and maintain various roofs and accessories
● Apply layers of protection to roofing systems, including PVC, TPO, EPDM, MOD BIT, BUR, and asphalt
● Work under general supervision with assignments from work orders, inspection reports, or verbal instructions
● Effectively plan and execute work, adhering to established practices and standards
● Complete other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
● High School diploma or equivalent
● Three (3) or more years of roofing waterproofing experience
● Ability to read drawings, sketches, and diagrams as required
● Skilled in the safe use of tools, equipment, and materials needed for the job
● Strong communication skills to work well with supervisors and co-workers
● Well-organized with sound judgment and time management skills
Desirable Skills:
● Additional three (3) or more years of roofing waterproofing experience
● Knowledge of the construction industry
