Responsibilities:
● Determining the installation sequence by studying blueprints and building plans
● Installing, repairing, and maintaining water, air, gas, sewer, and acid waste systems
● Testing plumbing systems for leaks and functionality
● Cutting, threading, brazing, and soldering piping for installations and repairs
● Performing routine maintenance on plumbing systems
● Troubleshooting plumbing issues and advising on repairs
● Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
● Complying with all relevant building codes
● Completing work orders using the AIM System program
● Responding to after-hours emergencies as needed

Qualifications:
● High school diploma or GED equivalent
● A minimum of 3 years of plumbing experience; 5 years preferred
● Valid Texas Driver’s License and insurable under university requirements
● Plumbing apprentice card through the State of Texas (Journeyman card preferred)
● Knowledge of plumbing installation practices and blueprint reading
● Ability to communicate technical information clearly

We are looking for a professional Service Plumber to add to the team, In this vital role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various residential and small commercial sites. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing issues are resolved efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilize a wide range of tools and techniques, and contribute to the comfort and safety of our clients’ home or businesses. Duties:
● Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools
● Work with clients and address clients plumbing needs
● Create and Present estimates through Service Titan
● Perform Plumbing related tasks and service, installations and maintenance
● Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify leaks, blockage and Perform plumbing maintenance
● Use Plumbing knowledge to troubleshoot complex plumbing problems efficiently on-site
● Lift heavy materials safely while adhering to all safety protocols during construction site activities
● Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and project progress for accountability and future reference

Qualifications:
● Proven experience in service plumbing or related fields with hands-on knowledge of installation and repair techniques
● Skilled in soldering, pipe threading, reading manufacture requirements, and use of hand tools and power tools
● Familiarity with residential and commercial site safety standards and protocols
● Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately
● Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations
● Basic knowledge of HVAC systems or remodeling projects is a plus
● Sales Experience a Plus but Not Required
● Capable of heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
● Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience is advantageous
