Responsibilities:
● Under the supervision of a Zone or Support Mechanic, assist with preventative maintenance on equipment such as patient rooms, beds, ice machines, induction units, and refrigerators.
● Perform corrective repairs in a timely and effective manner.
● Conduct routine maintenance in assigned areas to ensure smooth operations.
● Focus your work towards customer satisfaction by assessing needs and providing assistance.
● Work independently on low-level repairs and preventative maintenance, seeking guidance when necessary.

Qualifications:
● High School Diploma or GED is required; Vocational/Technical degree is preferred.
● 1 year of experience with proven ability to correctly use hand tools is preferred.
● 1-2 years of experience in a specialized area of knowledge/trade is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
● Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
● Advanced knowledge in supply chain procurement and inventory management best practices.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations.

Compensation:
● Pay Range: $22.57 – $31.59
