Responsibilities:
● Supervise and work with a small team of employees and laborers
● Receive work assignments and communicate them to team members
● Prepare daily reports and maintain safety regulations
● Order supplies and equipment as necessary
● Review crew’s work for compliance with instructions and trade practices
● Install and repair water pipes, plumbing fixtures, and related systems
● Open clogged drains and make necessary plumbing connections
● Perform other manual duties related to plumbing work

Qualifications:
● A valid Massachusetts Master Plumbers License
● A current valid Massachusetts Class D Driver’s License
● Two years of paid experience as a plumber
● Strong understanding of plumbing trade, tools, practices, and equipment
● Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions
● Skills in organizing work teams and delegating tasks
● Familiarity with using computers and related technology
● Must be in good health and capable of hard physical work in various weather conditions

Work Environment:
This position requires agility, physical strength, and the ability to work in close quarters. You may encounter outdoor conditions, noise, and other environmental factors related to plumbing work.
