Responsibilities:
● Work independently or lead a team on plumbing and steam fitting tasks.
● Estimate work and procure materials for yourself or your group.
● Guide and instruct craft trainees in performing plumbing duties.
● Handle a variety of plumbing and mechanical duties for University facilities.
Qualifications:
● High school/vocational school education or equivalent.
● Four years of experience in plumbing and steam fitting, or equivalent training and experience.
● A valid driver’s license with at least two years of driving experience.
● Must be able to perform complex plumbing tasks and read technical manuals.
● Preferred: Welding and brazing experience, and a Commercial Driver’s License.
