Responsibilities:
● Install, repair, and maintain outlets, fixtures, switches, toilets, showers, drains, doors, locks, and more
● Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical and HVAC systems
● Assist other skilled trades in larger projects and support with event setups
● Maintain inventory and supplies
● Set up work areas for experienced technicians in plumbing, carpentry, painting, and exterior maintenance
● Serve as essential personnel during emergencies
● Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
● High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
● Ability to read, write, add, and subtract and follow basic instructions
● Preferably 144 hours of classroom training or completion of a federally certified plumber apprentice program
● Minimum of one (1) year of directly related experience
● Must have a valid Texas Driver License
● Must pass a criminal history check, as all positions are security sensitive
