● OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification (preferred)
● EPA Section 608 certification (for refrigerant handling roles)
● Local union membership or eligibility to join
● Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals

Physical Requirements:
● Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
● Ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods
● Willingness to work in various environments
