Responsibilities:
● Learn from experienced Journeymen in the trade.
● Experience all aspects of sheet metal work to help make an informed career choice.
● Understand basic blueprint reading for accurate design, fabrication, and installation.
● Gain skills in sheet metal fabrication techniques, including cutting, measuring, and assembling.
● Learn installation techniques for ductwork, vents, and other sheet metal components.
● Properly use and maintain hand tools and power tools.
● Adhere to safety practices and use personal protective equipment.
● Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly on job sites.

Qualifications:
● Strong desire to learn and grow in the HVAC industry.
● Commitment to working in a safe manner.
● Good interpersonal communication skills.
● GED or High School Diploma.
● Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.

Physical Requirements:
● Ability to perform physical tasks, including walking, climbing, and lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
● Good visual and auditory acuity for job site activities.
● Frequent standing, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
● Ability to work on ladders, lifts, and scaffolding for extended periods.
