Key Responsibilities:
● Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues
● Sell plumbing services during jobs and pursue new business opportunities
● Develop strategies to grow our plumbing business in the local market
● Build and lead a high-performance team of plumbers
● Train, mentor, and guide current and new technicians
● Communicate plumbing offerings and their importance to other departments
● Create a high-performance environment focused on accountability and success
● Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to know and dominate your scorecard
● Adopt a “Get It Done” mentality to drive plumbing service growth
● Mentor and uplift teammates to foster a culture of continuous growth
Qualifications:
● Years of experience in the plumbing trade
● Certification or license as a plumber (helpful but not required)
● Strong leadership skills
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Highly self-motivated and disciplined, always seeking the next challenge
● Lifelong learner committed to personal and professional growth
