Responsibilities:
● Diagnose, repair, and upgrade residential plumbing systems
● Perform high-quality service work with professionalism and attention to detail
● Communicate clearly with homeowners, explain solutions, and build trust
● Offer maintenance options and recommend services when appropriate
● Complete accurate service tickets using mobile apps or standard forms
● Follow safety codes and best practices in all repairs and installations

Qualifications:
● Minimum 3+ years of professional plumbing service experience
● Deep knowledge of residential systems, troubleshooting, and code compliance
● Strong communication and customer service skills
● Ability to work independently and efficiently
● Clean, valid Florida driver’s license
● Must pass drug screen and background check
● Relevant licenses or certifications are a big plus
