Key Responsibilities:
● Supervise and manage all activities related to plumbing and trade-specific tasks.
● Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
● Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to standards.
● Lead and coordinate the trade workforce, providing guidance for enhanced performance.
● Develop and maintain schedules for trade-specific activities and coordinate with other trades.
● Monitor trade-specific budgets and costs while implementing cost-saving measures.
● Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, preparing regular progress reports.
● Enforce safety policies, addressing any hazards promptly.
● Identify and resolve trade-specific construction-related issues.
Qualifications:
● 5+ years of experience as a superintendent, with extensive experience in plumbing.
● Strong knowledge of plumbing methods, materials, and regulations.
● Proven ability to manage plumbing work within larger construction projects.
● Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
● Clean driving record, drug test, and background check are required.
● Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying materials weighing up to 50 pounds frequently.
