Responsibilities:
● Receive job priorities from Service Advisor or Foreman
● Test, diagnose, and repair RVs using diagnostic tools and manufacturer’s instructions
● Install equipment and accessories onto RVs, and provide customer instructions for use
● Review and update work orders and customer concerns using the computer system
● Safely transport vehicles to and from repair areas
● Assist the parts team in expediting needed parts and materials
● Perform light indoor shop maintenance and general cleaning throughout the workday
● Record and report any external damage discovered to vehicles

Qualifications:
● High school diploma
● Experience using basic hand and power tools
● Manufacturing, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical experience preferred, but not required

Competencies:
● Ability to follow safety instructions and promote a safe working environment
● Ability to read technical diagrams or blueprints
● Customer-friendly, observant, and well-organized
● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
● Experience following verbal and written guidelines

Physical and Environmental Conditions:
● Ability to talk, hear, walk, sit, grasp, push, pull, climb, crouch, kneel, and reach
● Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently
● Exposure to varied environmental conditions, including fumes, dust, and mechanical moving parts
