Responsibilities:
● Lead and prepare the sales team for seasonal sales calls
● Train Plumbing Technicians, HVAC Technicians, and Sales Coordinators
● Maintain sales goals, including average sale, close rate, and gross margin percentage
● Assist customers with questions or concerns about sales
● Strengthen the sales team through interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching
Qualifications:
● Prior supervisory or management experience
● Sales experience in plumbing or the service industry
● Proven leadership skills to motivate and develop a team
● Competency in a Windows-based PC environment and proficiency in writing reports
● Outstanding customer service skills
● Ability to communicate effectively and handle objections
