Job Details:
A lead or junior plumber serves the clients of the company by expertly servicing, repairing, and replacing plumbing systems.
Responsibilities:
● Deliver exceptional plumbing services, prioritizing customer satisfaction in every interaction.
● Perform repairs and installations with skill and attention to detail.
● Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services or products that would benefit the customer.
● Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all customer and team interactions.
● Foster and maintain lasting relationships with customers by actively listening to their concerns and providing tailored solutions.
● Ensure safety and regulatory compliance on every job site, adhering to all plumbing codes and company protocols.
● Proactively respond to customer needs, providing recommendations based on their requirements and budget.
● Assist customers in understanding complex plumbing issues and offer solutions in a clear and approachable manner.
● Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying additional services and products that align with customer needs.
Qualifications:
● Minimum of 2 years of experience as a plumber with a strong technical background and a commitment to customer education.
● Proven ability to explain plumbing issues clearly to customers, offering them immediate solutions and preventative recommendations.
● A sales-oriented mindset to inform customers about options and solutions.
● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
● Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
● Familiarity with safety protocols and a commitment to adhering to safety regulations.
● Excellent troubleshooting skills and a thorough understanding of plumbing systems.
● Outstanding communication and customer service skills, with a focus on upselling and providing added value.
● Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
Minimum Requirements:
● Junior Plumbers are considered training/apprentice level and typically do not operate their own truck
● Lead/Master Plumbers are considered senior level and typically operate their own truck
● Lead & Junior Plumbers must have applicable certifications and licensing required by their state of residence
