Responsibilities:
● Complete plumbing, drain cleaning, and other related in-home service calls.
● Build and establish customer rapport to ensure great service.
● Educate and assist customers on their home maintenance options and plans.
● Provide technical support to customers.
● Understand sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for revenue goals.
● Stay updated on manufacturer products regarding installation and service.
● Troubleshoot and repair residential plumbing tasks.
● Train and mentor apprentices as needed.
● Maintain a clean and organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
● Commit to high standards of ethics, honesty, and integrity.

Qualifications:
● Minimum of two years of residential plumbing experience.
● Sales experience is a plus.
● Knowledge of tankless, water treatment, and well pumps is preferred.
● Must have a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
● High standards for work quality and integrity.
● Strong teamwork attitude with a positive mindset.
● Dependable and consistent in all areas.

Physical Requirements:
● Ability to operate hand and power-driven tools.
● Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
● Ability to work in various physical conditions and positions.
● Must be able to work outdoors in varying temperatures.
