A-1 Total Service Plumbing is seeking an experienced and reliable Repipe Lead/Foreman to join our team. As a foreman, you will oversee repiping projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise, direct, and manage the repipe crew while providing excellent customer service. You’ll be based in Los Angeles, meeting daily at our LA office, and then deploying from there or directly to the job site.
Responsibilities:
● Lead and supervise repipe projects from start to finish.
● Ensure work is completed according to company standards, codes, and customer specifications.
● Provide clear instructions and guidance to your team, ensuring efficient workflow and safety.
● Directly communicate with customers, addressing any concerns and keeping them informed about the job’s progress.
● Troubleshoot and solve any on-site issues that may arise.
● Ensure that the customer is never without water during the repiping process.
● Manage time efficiently to meet project goals while maintaining quality standards.
● Conduct final checks and ensure job site is clean and safe before leaving.
Required Skills and Experience:
● 2-3 years of experience in repiping, with expertise in PEX, Solder, Copper, and Uponor.
● Ability to manage and direct a team of plumbers effectively.
● Strong communication skills, both with your team and with customers.
● Experience in maintaining a positive customer relationship, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project.
● Knowledge of plumbing safety practices and adherence to industry regulations.
● Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
● Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
