Responsibilities:
● Assist the assigned Team Lead in installing solar PV systems and efficiency products
● Review project plans and drawings for upcoming installations and communicate changes to the Operations department
● Maintain high levels of quality and efficiency to meet project timelines
● Keep a clean and organized workspace, including work vehicles, tools, and safety gear
● Work with the Warehouse Manager on pick/return tickets and job pack requirements
● Support the project documentation process by uploading updates and photos to Renu’s project management platform
● Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to OSHA regulations and Renu’s safety protocols
● Assist with other business functions as assigned

Qualifications:
● Desire to succeed in the renewable energy industry with a commitment to building a career
● Ability to work flexible schedules, including atypical weekly hours
● Valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
● Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team
● Comfort and safety in working on rooftops, ladders, attics, crawlspaces, and confined spaces
● General knowledge of home construction, safety standards, and fall protection
● Strong work ethic with attention to detail
● Quick learning abilities and adaptability in a growing business environment
● Clean criminal background check required; Renu Energy Solutions is a drug-free workplace
● High school diploma or equivalent
● Must be at least 18 years old to apply
