Responsibilities:
● Develop strategic plans and accurate forecasts for accounts
● Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve unique customer issues proactively
● Grow and maintain new and existing accounts
● Stay updated on the latest trends in rotating equipment for our product line
● Identify new sales and service opportunities within the territory
● Solve rotating equipment problems using our products
● Align with customer’s vision and supply chain objectives to provide proactive solutions
● Establish and expand relationships with decision-makers
● Demonstrate a customer-driven approach with a track record of exceeding sales goals
● Provide monthly reports highlighting key account activity and challenges
Qualifications:
● Proven track record of extraordinary performance and commitment
● 2-3 years of experience selling rotating equipment, pumps, or related products
● Preferred experience in selling to industries such as mines, power plants, food & beverage, oil & gas, municipalities, and engineering firms
● Strong customer-service oriented mentality
● Computer literate and organized with attention to detail
● Excellent oral and written communication skills
● Experience in generating proposals and solutions
● Good analytical and problem-solving skills
● Self-starter with the ability to work independently
● Experience maintaining long-term customer relationships with significant repeat business
● Acceptable driving record as per company guidelines
Additional Information:
● Pay Range: $75k – $100k guaranteed in the first year (base salary + uncapped commission)
● Location: Commerce City, CO (Relocation reimbursement available)
● Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
