As a Plumbing Service Technician, you will be responsible for:
● Servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction
● Analyzing information to solve plumbing issues effectively
● Using hand tools and following blueprints to diagnose and repair plumbing systems
● Replacing water heaters, gas valves, sump pumps, and troubleshooting leaks
● Installing and repairing fixtures such as toilets, faucets, and showers
● Conducting preventative maintenance, site surveys, and necessary modifications
● Preparing for on-site installation by examining layouts and gathering materials
● Documenting work completed and maintaining accurate records
● Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and building codes
To be considered for this role, you should have:
● A minimum of 4 years of experience in new construction plumbing or 3 years in residential service plumbing
● A high school diploma or equivalent
● A valid California Driver’s License with a clean DMV record
● A successful background check
● OSHA 10 certification
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Basic knowledge of Android/iPad devices for electronic timekeeping
● A commitment to high standards of ethics and mutual respect
You must be able to:
● Lift objects weighing up to 75 pounds (and use a buddy system for heavier items)
● Climb ladders, kneel, bend, and work in various conditions, including extreme temperatures
● Drive between job sites and occasionally stand or walk for extended periods
