● Grow sales and profit margins to meet set goals
● Assist Plumbing Technicians with plumbing and sewer repairs
● Conduct ride-alongs with technicians to improve customer interactions and reinforce selling skills
● Manage personnel effectively and efficiently
● Provide ongoing training and support to staff
● Motivate service staff and actively manage performance
● Address on-site problems when necessary
● Foster a positive and productive work environment
Qualifications:
● 5+ years of experience in the plumbing industry
● Prior management and sales experience
● Experience using Service Titan software (preferred)
● A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
