What You’ll Do:
● Lead the creation and successful launch of RA Hoy’s new plumbing department.
● Establish workflows, service standards, performance metrics, and best practices.
● Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing plumbing team.
● Work closely with branch leadership to align operational goals and growth targets.
● Oversee scheduling, dispatching, quality control, and customer service standards.
● Perform estimates, review job scopes, and ensure compliance with local/state regulations.
● Monitor department KPIs including revenue, conversions, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
● Support field staff with technical expertise as needed.
● Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
What We’re Looking For:
● 5+ years of residential or commercial plumbing experience; leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
● NC Plumbing License (P1/P2)
● Strong understanding of plumbing codes, installations, repairs, and job costing.
● Proven ability to develop teams and create a positive, high-performance culture.
● Excellent communication, organization, and customer-service skills.
