Responsibilities:
● Assist lead plumbing technicians in efficient and accurate installations.
● Establish strong customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.
● Demonstrate professionalism and knowledge to foster new referrals and repeat business.
● Properly stage jobs, adhering to quality checklists.
● Support lead technicians in maintaining clean, organized job sites and accurate truck inventory.
● Actively participate in on-the-job training and formal exercises to master the trade.
● Complete accurate and timely paperwork.
Qualifications:
● High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
● Eagerness to learn and develop plumbing skills.
● Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
● Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
