We are looking for a skilled Plumbing Foreman with a heart for ministry to lead our Rebuild teams in beautiful Western North Carolina. Responsibilities:
● Lead and oversee plumbing work on home rebuilds, ensuring high-quality standards
● Collaborate with Rebuild construction team to plan and execute plumbing repairs
● Train and supervise on-site volunteer teams, ensuring they are equipped for their tasks
● Maintain project budgets by monitoring expenses and resource usage
● Provide safety briefings and ensure compliance with safety protocols
● Inspect plumbing work to ensure adherence to local, state, and federal codes
● Communicate project updates and needs with Rebuild leadership
● Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing infrastructure
● Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
● 2 to 4 years’ experience as a Licensed Plumber or Journeyman Plumber
● Familiarity with all aspects of residential plumbing, including installation and inspections
● Ability to obtain Class A restricted driver’s license and a valid Department of Transportation Medical Card
● Experience leading construction/plumbing teams, especially in volunteer settings
● Proven ability to work with diverse teams and manage volunteers effectively
● 12 credit hours in college-level Biblical Studies are required; a chance to complete this is available upon hire
