Responsibilities:
● Assist in diagnosing plumbing issues and providing solutions to customers
● Support plumbing tasks under the guidance of licensed plumbers
● Familiarize yourself with plumbing repair techniques including leak location and repair, water filtration, and drain cleaning
● Utilize iPad and Service Titan software for job updates and customer interaction
● Deliver exceptional customer service that aligns with our 5-star service commitment

Qualifications:
● A Plumbing Apprentice Card (Ideally 1500+ hours logged)
● 1+ years of plumbing experience, especially in Residential Service
● Valid driver’s license with no major violations in the past 3 years
● Ability to use technology effectively, including iPads and software applications
● Strong knowledge of various plumbing systems, fixtures, and repairs
● A passion for residential service plumbing and excellent customer care

The Good Stuff:
● $19-24/hr pay based on hours and endorsements
