Responsibilities:
● Assist Lead Plumber on service calls, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
● Build customer rapport for the highest satisfaction
● Present yourself as professional and knowledgeable to generate referrals
● Troubleshoot jobs properly following a quality checklist
● Maintain a clean and organized job site and well-stocked truck
● Engage in formal training led by our Plumbing Technical Trainer
● Complete accurate and timely paperwork

Qualifications:
● Highly organized with strong follow-through abilities
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● A passion for Mattioni Plumbing, Heating & Cooling
● High integrity and social skills to connect with customers
● Desire to constantly improve as a Service Technician
● Outgoing personality suited for a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
● Self-starter with a positive attitude
● Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
