Responsibilities:
● Report to customers’ homes on time and bring the necessary knowledge to complete the work.
● Educate customers on system use, maintenance tips, and prevention techniques; provide insights and suggestions to optimize system performance.
● Install and remove water heaters.
● Utilize various tools, including electrical hand-tools, saws, drills, brazing equipment, drain machines, and propress.
● Determine service requirements by applying technical skills and experience, including system operations and preventive maintenance.
● Complete all work processes while maintaining safe working conditions and personal safety.
● Supervise and mentor Apprentice Plumbers as needed.
● Document detailed outcomes for every work order.
● Perform all other duties as assigned.
Successful Candidate Must Possess the Following Qualifications:
● Possession of a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
● Great mechanical aptitude.
● Ability to read and understand technical instructions.
● Good written and verbal communication skills.
● Strong knowledge of equipment, tools, and methods used in plumbing services.
● Understanding of code requirements and safety practices related to plumbing.
● Accurate diagnostics ability.
● Excellent skill in explaining technical information to clients.
● Computer knowledge and ability to use necessary software for plumbing duties, such as timekeeping, customer billing, and credit card payments.
