Responsibilities:
● Assist Service Experts in completing plumbing jobs
● Increase your plumbing knowledge and relational skills every day
● Set and accomplish personal goals during your learning process
● Learn to run your own service truck

Qualifications:
● A strong desire to master the plumbing trade
● A growth mindset, willing to learn and improve
● Humility to accept instructions and take responsibility for mistakes
● Initiative to take charge and make things happen
● Good communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members

What Your Apprenticeship Will Look Like:
Our workday typically starts between 7-8 a.m., and you will accompany a Service Expert to assist with jobs throughout the day. Some days you may finish later between 3-7 p.m. Expect weekly training and ongoing coaching as you work towards becoming a Service Expert. Your pay will grow as you gain skills and responsibilities.

Compensation And Benefits:
● Starting pay between $16-$22/hr, depending on experience (overtime pay included)
● Paid time off (PTO), dental insurance, and a 401(k) plan with a 3% company contribution
● Weekly training and guidance for growing your skills
