Responsibilities:
● Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and boilers
● Determine the source of plumbing malfunctions and complete repairs as indicated or according to work orders
● Inspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean
● Respond to emergency situations, make recommendations, and perform required repairs
● Submit proper documentation of the work performed
Qualifications:
● At least 1 year of plumbing experience, including drain cleaning, water heater installation, toilet repair/replacement, etc.
● Boiler experience is highly preferred
● Ability to troubleshoot, identify, and correct drain and plumbing issues
● Knowledge of video inspection, line locating, and hydro-jetting
● Must be able to work independently and with minimal direction
● Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines
● Must pass drug and background screens
● Valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record
● Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety precautions
