Responsibilities:
● Hands-On Training – Work closely with experienced plumbers to gain real-world experience
● Residential Plumbing Support – Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
● Material & Equipment Handling – Help with parts, tools, deliveries, and site setup
● Tool Operation – Safely operate hand and power tools, following safety protocols
● Physical Labor – Perform tasks that require strength and dexterity, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
● Code Compliance – Learn and apply local plumbing codes and industry standards
● Service Assistance – Support licensed plumbers with inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting
● Customer Interaction – Communicate effectively with homeowners and offer recommendations
● Record Keeping – Document job progress and service information using Service Titan software
Qualifications:
● Eagerness to Learn – Passion for plumbing and willingness to grow through hands-on experience
● Mechanical Aptitude – Any background in plumbing, construction, or mechanical systems is a plus
● Physical Fitness – Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and handle physical labor daily
● Tool Knowledge – Familiarity with basic hand and power tools is beneficial
● Communication Skills – Ability to effectively listen and communicate with team members and customers
● Attention to Detail – Capable of following instructions and working to precise standards
● Driver’s License – Valid license with a clean driving record
