What You’ll Do:
● Assist experienced plumbers with residential service, repairs, and installations
● Learn to diagnose plumbing issues and use tools/equipment properly
● Maintain truck inventory and ensure tools are organized
● Communicate with dispatch, managers, and team members
● Keep a clean, professional appearance and represent Boothe’s with pride
● Participate in training and development to advance your skills
● Safely follow all workplace and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For:
● Education: High School diploma or GED
● Experience: 1+ year of plumbing helper experience preferred (not required)
● Mindset: Reliable, eager to learn, with a strong desire to become a licensed plumber
● Skills: Good communication, willingness to work flexible hours, ability to follow directions
● Requirements: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, background check, and drug screen
💡 Bonus: Experience with ServiceTitan or basic plumbing tools is a plus — but we’ll train you!
